How Do I Contact the Sheerapro Help Desk?

Following ITIL principles, Sheerapro’ portal helps our customers manage their service needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It enables them to track the progress of reported issues and enhancement requests as well as access to a knowledge base to assist self-help.
